The vision was to create a highly accessible, welcoming, and professional front porch\/one-stop shop environment for local businesses to launch and grow.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Language barriers and overly burdensome administrative requirements exclude many small businesses in Central Providence from accessing private and public resources to support their businesses.
